  1. You would be best to use product options or attributes
  2. Provided the gateway is established and has decent technical documentation we can add the integration to our list - what is the gateway?
  3. Sure, those are coming through Stripe. We have to prioritise the gateways that have the largest demand and users first.
  4. That's different (editing the navigation in the client area) and something we can add for sure.
  5. By default the clients keep their old price - changing a product catalogue price doesn't change the price of existing services.
  6. So I think the only one we support for now that might do this is GoCardless, but Mollie is on our integration list. We can't give an ETA right now I'm afraid.
  7. It's using a prototype of some features we'll be adding to Upmind in the coming months
  8. Definitely not just me -- I'm only a small part of all these businesses. And it was 'Tsohost' when we were there 🙂
  9. Should be all resolved now - you might have experienced some network errors on some pages. We've temporarily paused DAC lookups.
  10. Investigating some connectivity issues on AWS at present. Will update shortly.
  11. Multiple reasons, including the fact that we'll be putting recaptcha on the login area, API tokens can be separately locked down to IP, and some external systems don't allow two step API calls.
  12. They are standalone separate businesses but I run all apart from Enhance, although I am an investor there also. 5+ years ago the teams behind all of them worked together at Paragon, which was a large hosting group in the UK. Stablepoint (along with a few other brands) was one of the early adopters of Upmind and obviously as a substantial hosting company it's allowed us to perfect and hone the processes and setup of things. The Upmind setup is runs is absolutely default with no custom setup. Fixed.net is pretty much standalone at present but we built that partly to gain an understanding of the WordPress/WooCommerce market, as Upmind is a natural drop in (external) replacement for some of the mess that gets added in as plugins etc to WordPress. It maintains after around 9000 WordPress sites now.
  13. Enhance integration is now live 🙂 On their end they don't support SSO yet but as soon as they do we'll implement that also
  14. Ah we actually have this - Logs -> Provision Requests Log -> Unresolved Requests
  15. Hi Luis For that you would top up the account with the amount of the payment, then you could add it to the invoices There isn't a supported way of 'overpaying' an invoice yet -- and adding the rest to account credit. But it's something we plan to add (along with consolidated payments etc) Thanks Seb
  16. We'll build one. I think the auto-termination may have been set to just 'suspend' rather than 'terminate' for sanity checking and not switched back. We'll do that now so it works in future.
  17. Sure - we'll have this out for you before the end of the week. Will be available under insights and reports -> reports
  18. Yes for now you have to create a subscription then edit it. You can manually add an order under clients -> quick order -> existing service and specify a custom renewal date. But that wouldn't handle the first payment. We'll add an issue to create the option to pro rata orders
  19. You'll be able to edit the full template soon. Functionality is there just not a frontend.
  20. Not yet because there are a few things we need to work out how to handle - PayPal subscriptions are pretty terrible in that they are a push payment of a fixed amount. So what happens if the invoice amount changes / product gets cancelled etc - and how do we handle that in a non-clunky way. We've got a few ideas and will be moving to it.
  21. You can create, suspend, terminate. It's quite basic. We've done the initial integration to get the fundamentals working but there's certain things (e.g. how do you specify a datacenter location) that aren't clear in their docs. As our framework is being open-sourced, we imagine that others who need those extra 20i features would take on the development of the extra functions they need.
