  1. Great - all feedback and feature requests appreciated! This is possible - just forward that custom company email address to the mailbox you see there (e.g. forward [email protected] to [email protected]). The default there is just where you need to send the emails to to pipe them. An announcements system is something we'll add medium term. It would be quite trivial then to add actions and triggers that hook into the announcements system and allow you to manage notifications. We have Slack as a notification channel already (as well as emails) so Discord would just be added as an additional one.
  2. There's not currently a concept of a 'setup fee' though, as you mentioned, it is possible to model your products in such a way that it essentially works. We'll look to support setup fee functionality.
  3. 0.48.0 - NEW: Implement Upmind client login redirection handling (allows my.upmind.com login to redirect to client brand admin area for ease of use) - NEW: Implement `submitWithShortcut` support setting - NEW: Implement `hide_catalog` product flag (hide a product from the catalog view, but let it be linked to directly) - NEW: Implement skip import step(s) control (on an import from external systems, allow some steps to be skipped entirely) - NEW: Remove domain/code from org register/brand creation forms - NEW: Surface assigned ticket user in client context - NEW: Show absolute dates on invoice listings - FIX: Recent invoices skeleton rows - FIX: Incorrect onboarding product messaging - FIX: Hide ticket department selector if only one dept. - FIX: Segments listing display modes - FIX: Display default BE error message on delete brand 409 - FIX: 'Account not found' error when listing cross-sells as guest - FIX: Broken provision attribute values - FIX: Use of non-prefixed '/basket' routes in modify product modal
  4. Thanks for your email. This is great to hear. We're trying to make software that's really enjoyable to use as well as poweful. Will add these to the list yes We will be adding this option soon. Not yet but soon!
  5. Absolutely. Already on roadmap
  6. Thanks for the request. We will add this to the roadmap. Can you bring me up to speed on game panels - we've had a request for TCAdmin and for Pterodactyl. Are there any others we should be adding to the list?
  7. There is -- but you may need to change the product view First, change the view to a list style Then you can click edit on the category
  8. Won't be long. We already have this feature but removed it because we had feedback to remove obstacles from checkout. So we are going to bring in an option to require it, in which case an address will be required on checkout.
  9. Sure-- we can add Vipps to the roadmap 🙂 The recurring payments feature I'm not sure how we'll handle yet as you basically set up the recurring agreement with Vipps (like PayPal subscriptions). So that might be a phase 2
  10. Hi there Yes OpenProvider is on the list The current roadmap is Resellerclub (this week) NetEarthOne (this week) ConnectReseller (next week) NameSilo NorID Cloudflare DomainNameAPI OpenProvider CrazyDomains Netistrar NameCheap Porkbun Please request any others. We support Enom, Hexonet, OpenSRS, Nominet at present.
  11. Bug noted and the following will be added shortly. - Unable to delete a client before all services are removed / cancelled - Ability to view products & services even if the client is deleted.
  12. Just to confirm, public beta now open. The issue you had here @norservers was that the form was a temporary register interest form.
  13. Pleased to say that we have enabled the public beta registration link at https://upmind.com/start We encourage you to sign up and start using Upmind. A few notes on Beta Upmind is pretty battle tested -- it's been in use by a number of brands for some time, in a variety of industries. Obviously we are starting with a solution for hosting businesses, but the software has also been used to handle membership organisations, a drinks ordering business, software licensing and more. That said, there are many areas we are still improving. We really need user feedback and requests in order for us to improve further. Here are some of the things we are aware we need to improve imminently. Feedback on any of them (or anything else) is appreciated. Using Upmind Initial sign up and onboarding. There are some things which need to be clearer. Managing your Upmind account Creating staff roles and user groups. We have 1000+ permission sets which is unmanageable when creating staff roles. Ability to choose jurisdiction where your data is stored. At present data is on AWS in London, Support guides within the app Finance and Invoicing Tax management and GST Billing. We at the moment support EU VAT. Dual zone tax and more advanced controls are coming soon Currency management (at present you have to add currencies by associating them with gateways) Frontend Website The customer order flow is being completely rewritten and optimised, with a specific flow for domain and hosting orders. We will shortly be offering embeddable widgets for your frontend website. Including plan cards, price lists etc. Adding custom content (in Markdown with twig variables) into the client area. Domain Support Domain support is generally very good. However we will shortly be adding Polling (to get accurate statuses from registrars) Transfer centre to manage incoming and outgoing transfers Contact management CCTLD fields (e.g. Nexus for US domains) More integrations and gateways We are adding more payment gateways, hosting and domain providers quickly. Our focus at the moment is still a little on all of the above, but once done we can focus primarily on expanding integrations. We already have two developers working full time on new domain integrations. Requested Features The following features are high priority and in the imminent roadmap. We will be removing the concept of 'attributes' and combining them with product options. Moving services between clients Changing the currency of existing services Client upgrades and downgrades Support ticket assigned departments for staff Financial reporting and exports WHMCS Import improvments GDPR data download for clients Data backup
  14. We handle that fine with product options. Definitely no need to add things like custom php scripts with break clauses -- the interface will handle it once we have a module.
  15. Looks like they have examples at https://help.tcadmin.com/File:BillingApiExamples.zip - do those options give you the configurations you mostly need?
  16. Yes no problem. We can add this to the roadmap.
  17. Hi there- - can you send me an email to [email protected] and I'll take a look. We're doing the open beta launch in the next two weeks but I can get this working for you.
  18. Hello everyone. As Upmind team members we've been working on this software full time for a few years! We'll introduce ourselves here. I'm Seb. I live between London and the Cotswolds (2 hours West of London). Been in the hosting industry for ~15 years. In my spare time I drum, go for long dog-walks in the countryside, and travel. I have a young son (3 weeks old) and got married to my amazing Ukranian wife under two months ago, so it has been a rollercoaster few weeks!
  19. This requirement is something that is apparent in a number of places and you may see when beta testing that it is required - Registering multiple domains and having to fill out registration data per domain. We do pre-fill from the profile, but if your clients register domains on behalf of others themselves, they have to re-enter data each time. - Transferring domains: usually you want to make this as 'light touch' as possible, so a domain transfer might not require contact info to transfer and it'll try and transfer that info over from whois. But this is complicated by GDPR and some registrars (e.g. OpenSRS) ideally need you to pass new contact info on a transfer. - Updating contact info on domains This is on the radar
  20. PaySafeCard is a prepaid card that can be bought from standalone vendors. It contains a 16 digit pin. Invoices are then paid by entering a 16 digit pin. PaySafeCard is popular in South America and was requested by some clients in Peru. This integration is now complete. Should be live early next week.
  21. Seb

    Razorpay

This has been requested multiple times so is high on our list.
  22. Am putting in a placeholder here for advanced tax manager (multiple tax lines, GST configuration etc).
  23. Blog post up at https://upmind.com/blog/upmind-the-journey-so-far - Beta is live and will be opening up to public registrations in April
