  1. I thought of that too but my main issue is that some custom services also include hosting and domains. In your case you would be generating the hosting subscription in upmind + a custom invoice for services in another platform, is that right?
  2. Hi. I'm putting together a list of a few features I need in order to manage custom invoicing (manual invoicing for some services). I'm having a lot of trouble right now dealing with these cases. 1. Have the ability to create custom invoices on the fly, without having to create a dummy product/service in the catalogue (in case the system needs a product, it should not be visible to us). It should include: Ability to put any product name / description. Ability to set any price for the product (currently you need to have a dummy product and edit the price when ordering, but the price is expressed in terms of discounts and not as the final price of the item, which affecta refunds, credit notes, etc.). Ability to set a future due date. 2. If you set a custom due date or modify an existing invoice to set a new due date, those invoices should not expire counting from the creation date, but from the due date / new due date. And also: Have the ability to set an invoice not to expire. Have the ability to modify the due date (we already have this) and have the system recalculate the new expiring dates from that new due date. 3. Products and services associated with these invoices should also kick their expiration dates forward as the invoice is changed. Products and services should not expire by themselves without expiring the invoice. Invoices should not expire without dealing with product expiration (this leaves services and products in an inconsistent state without a payment). 4. Ability to tell the system in the moment of ordering from the admin area: The invoice's due date (now or a date forward). Tell the system to provision products and services right away even without payment in case you decide the client can pay later (at your own risk). If the invoice is eventually not paid or cancelled, the services should be cancelled and un provisioned (in case of hosting, domain names can't be unprovisioned). 5. I believe we can have a way to group clients (maybe with client tags or something like that) and set custom expiration dates (or to not expire invoices) and other settings different from the main flow. Upmind works great when you leave everything to run automatically (which I believe most clients want), but I'm having a hard time managing custom/manual services due to unexpected cancellations, refunds and not having the ability to undo those processes and I sometimes loose track of events, credits and which invoices were paid or not. Regards.
  3. Hi @Seb, do you have any news about this? Thanks.
  4. +1 I was going to create a request for this too.
  5. Hi. I invoice many custom services in Upmind and I manually create the order and bump the due date afterwards to avoid immediate cancelation. Basically, I keep bumping the due date until the client pays (manually via ACH too). I'm having lots of issues with invoices and products beign automatically cancelled after X days (I believe due to the configuration) and it's a nice feature to have for automatically managed services, but not for manually managed ones. Would it be possible to add an option to avoid a specific product/service/invoice automatic cancelation? So when configured for certain products, they will never expire until manually resolved. Thanks.
  6. Hi. I need to push/move a subscription (hosting) + a domain service from one client to another. Is there a way to do it besides canceling in one client and adding it to the other? Regards.
  7. After adding both A records it used to take some time for the SSL to be issued. I believe you could open a case for the support team to be able to check.
  8. Hi Eric You can add existing services by hitting the + sing on the top right corner and using the option “add new quick order”. Select the client and use the “add existing service” option. This would avoid the creation of a new account on plesk. After that, go to the newly added service and to the manage tab and use the “get info” button. After you fill a few fields (varies depending on the panel you’re using) it will find and retrieve the information for that particular service. From then on, Upmind will manage the service. I used that method to add existing services from cPanel and Enhance.
  9. I believe you can add login details in the secrets section. I see it's a key/value pair. Maybe you can add some general information (links ant other stuff) on the product notes, and the actual user/password as a secret.
  10. I tested a little more and with the "Get Info" button it is possible to move the service from one server to another. The problem was just to find the relevant information for the API to retrieve. In this case it was the subscription ID that was missing. I'm contacting enhance to ask them to make available the subscription ID in the UI.
  11. I have decided to migrate from my current cPanel to Enhance. I'm doing it gradually and manually account by account. The thing is that I have the subscription packages in upmind pointing to the cPanel account, so what I'm doing is (after migrating the account to Enhance) cancel the current subscription and create another one with the new package and then sync the accoun with enhance. The actual question: Is there a way to avoid cancelling the Upmind subscription and just point it to Enhance? There are a few fields missing when I do this from the provisioning tab. If there's no way, I'd like to suggest a feature, maybe a "move/migrate server" option to re-point the subscription to another server/service/panel (I don't mean doing the migration, only point the subscription to the already migrated service, so no new service is created). Thanks.
  12. Option 1 - go to the service in your panel and then to the manage tab inside that service. - you have a few actions there and there’s a “create account” button. Use that to create the service in cPanel. Option 2 - create the account manually in cPanel - go to the same place in the upmind’s panel - use the “get info” button. Enter the account name and it will sync with your panel.
  13. Well, there were 2 radio buttons there allowing you to select default or custom, but they're missing. Maybe a bug?
  14. Hi. 1/2 You could try to set some wrong details in the smtp configuration so the system can’t send any emails until you correct them (in /settings/notification_channels). I don't know if there's a general setting to block sending emails. On the other hand, there’s a checkbox on each client’s general settings that can be checked to avoid sending email notifications to that specific client. 3 In this section, /settings/invoice-template, you can edit the invoice template (it's not read only in my panel). You also have the translation options below, so you can set a different template for each language. There used to be an option to use the default template or a custom one, but now it's missing. Maybe someone on the team can help us with this. @Seb
  15. Hi. I have requested access to the localazy translation system to try to maintain Spanish up to date. I see that Dutch is missing many of the translations. I can help you edit the missing phrases you find so they can be updated on the next UI release. Please let me know and I'll send you the phrases regarding this specific case so you can tell me the translations (I don't speak the language).
  16. Hi. I'd just wanted to know how far this quick invoice feature is, since I didn't see it in the roadmap. It would be a very useful feature for me, since I usually bill manual services for services (with custom pricing -doable know- and custom item names -not doable-). I also wanted to request if it's possible to add a way to set invoice's due date to a later date on order creation (only from the admin area). Right now, I need to create the order and then go and change the due date manually. It would be a huge time saver. Thanks.
  17. Hi. I noticed that when you have a product using some blueprints: (ex. Domain Name or Web Hosting), invoices include the service label on the item name, making it easier to track. I have a few products with manual provisioning type that have labels (example, the domain name) but those labels don't appear on the invoice itself. Would it be possible to include the service label on the invoice product item? It would make much easier to track invoices and services. I'm attaching an example.
  18. No issues from my part. Just wanted to confirm. Thanks.
  19. I'm talking about the "XFY-440" and "XCC-686" parts, that I didn't add as a prefix in the settings. The only prefix I have is "TICKET-"
  20. Hi I noticed that some tickets are getting strange formatting. Is this a new feature? I’m attaching an example
  21. Hi @Seb Is this something planed for the future? Name server determined by contracted registrar and/or hosting service? Thanks.
