  1. There is no price importing right now. I don't know if there's something in the roadmap. Maybe you can submit a feature request for that.
  2. There are custom client fields you can add. In settings.
  3. Options and Attributes are things the client need to select. Options have a price and Attributes do not. If you create the order manually, you can add it for the client. But if you're leaving the purchase process to the client (which is the most common way), they would need to add them manually.
  4. The current way to add custom javascript to Upmind is using google tag manger, though I'm not exactly sure how to do it. You can setup your tag in: /admin/settings/analytics I found this example: https://intercom.help/feedbackly/en/articles/4669554-adding-the-website-script-to-google-tag-manager
  5. Yes. You should add that domain to upmind. It will tell you it's validated but not pointing to Upmind, this will be correct and it won't override your website as you won't change your DNS settings. It's just to tell Upmind that your domain is authorized to display information. As per the other question. I don't know why it's that way.
  6. Where are you showing the widget? I'm assuming is on dothost.com.ng or www.dothost.com.ng So, you need to add dothost.com.ng or www.dothost.com.ng also to upmind.
  7. I see. I don't know, maybe wait for a response from the team. They should know if there are plans to change that.
  8. No really. I think that's the way it works. Why would you want to remove the data?
  9. Hi. I don't believe there's currently an option to pass payment gateway fees to the client. But maybe someone on the team would have more info.
  10. Hi. If your domain is for example website.com, but your site (the one that calls the widget) runs on www.website.com, you need to add the www.website.com in order to authorize it.
  11. Did you whitelist the Upmind IPs when creating the API access? https://docs.upmind.com/docs/upmind-ip-addresses
  12. No. I've never used the affiliate system sadly.
  13. You can ask the Upmind team to help you with this by opening a ticket. Maybe your provider isn't using logicboxes after all. It looks like they do, but I think you could ask them.
  14. You need to add your website's domain in the domains section in upmind. Otherwise it will not be authorized.
  15. Hi. Today was generated the first batch of consolidated invoices since I set up this feature. The invoices look fine and everything is working as expected. The only issue I had is with a client who has invoice consolidation the first of the month. But they were generated today with may 31st date and not June 1st as per the setting. Is the process running UTC time or something like that? Would it be a way to have them generated in the specified dates? I assume the issue would also happen with the "last of the month" setting. In the meanwhile I set those cliente to monthly on the 2nd of the month so it can be generated on the 1st.
  16. They're apparently using logicboxes, right? There's a logicboxes domains integration, maybe you can try that.
  17. Just tested the markdown and it's working really well! Translations and all.
  18. The consolidation feature is awesome. I like how deeply integrated it is and the granularity of controls. The only doubt I'm having about the consolidation options. Does every consolidation mode (daily, first of the month, last of the month, etc) consider the billing address to group services or is it only some of the options? Thanks!
  19. Hi. Would you have any insights about this integration? I tested a subscrition in sandbox mode (I see this uses the REST API) and it worked. But I can't simulate the recurrent charge. I'd like to know: - If there are some special permissions we need to get from paypal to use this. For example, advanced credit and debit card payments or reference transactions. - And what events do we need to set for the paypal webhook? There is a long list and I don't konw what effect it would cause to select all events. Thanks.
  20. Hi Seb, I see what you mean. I was doing some tests with the PayPal Billing Agreement gateway and it appears that it works just like PayPal Express when you don't have Reference Transactions enabled. So I will try to use it instead of the PayPal Express and work with PayPal to enable Reference Transactions in a not so distant future (it's not that easy).
  21. Hi Seb I only meant visual unification, in the UI. You'll still have to configure them separately, but you'll see them as one gateway with options. Maybe a toggle "subscribe -> on, off"
  22. I see there are many paypal payment gateways available now (Express, Subscriptions, Billing Agreement, PayPal Pro, REST) When setting up the payment methods, I had to create separate gateways for one time payment, and subscriptions. Both of the appear separately in the front end (in the checkout page): It would be a nice feature if we could have a single PayPal entry and after selecting it, have the ability to chose between the different configured paypal flavors. For example: 1. Credit Card (stripe) 2. PayPal: One Time Payment Subscriptions Thanks.
