  3. But promotions can only do discounts right? Or can I set a negative discount? I need to charge more the first year and a smaller recurring renewal amount. Lets say my product is 90$/year. Can I create a promotion that only applies the first year/one time that adds 100$ to the order instead of discounting? Or in any case, is there an option to bundle 2 products in a way that is mandatory to order both? For example, I would add the 90$ recurring service + a Setup service that would add the 100$ one time.
  4. I'd like to replicate a behavior in my other billing system. Example: I would create a product with a recurring yearly price, let's say: 90$. But I'd like to charge them 200$ the first year (90$ for the product itself + 110$ consisting of setup fees or any other concept). How can I archive that in Upmind? Is there a way to set a price for the first occurrence and another for the subsequent periods. Or do I need to create 2 products? That would be little harder to manage though since each product would need their "one time" counterpart and it has to be added manually.
  5. Would be nice to have support for third party DNS services, even the ones provided by cpanel, directadmin, etc.
  6. Is there a way to create a custom invoice for a one-time service? I mean, the ability to just create an invoice not associated with a service, with custom text and pricing on the fly. Sometimes clients require a one time service, setup, consulting or something that's not planned.
  7. Quick update, I'd like the email address for the mailbox to show here (or somewhere in that area): As domain and shared hosting do. That way it would be possible to quicky identify specific services.
  8. I'm currently selling some email mailbox packages that I manage manually. I'm trying to create the product in Upmind but I need to set the purchased email address somewhere (like you set the domain on shared hosting packages). I believe I can't create a new blueprint for this so I was trying to setup provisioning as "No provisioning" or "Manual", but those don't have a custom field where you can add the mailbox's email address. Is it possible to archive this some other way?

  10. Hi Sometimes Spanish translations are way longer than English counterparts so the UI wraps the text. The wrapped text seems a little cluttered. I believe it needs a little more padding on the top and bottom. This specific screen is at: admin/clients/XXXXXX/overview
  11. I saw in the other thread that you're looking for more advance stuff, the only thing I needed to set is currency. It would be useful to have a list of parameters you can pass in the Docs. I would like to override language too.
  12. If you go to admin/settings/catalogue/products and select a product, you get a link for that specific product.
  13. Please allow product categories to be translated. Those options are showing in the client's front end. Also, how do I edit those categories? I look all over the admin app and I only see it when editing the product catalog (but I can only add new ones)
  14. I can override the price to 0, but does that change the price for recurring bills too?
  15. I'd like to create 100% discount for internal use only, this way I'll be able to apply it to selected clients, but I don't want clients to use it themselves. I created one with random characters, but in the promotions page I only see a way to hide it from the catalog but not a way to make it internal use only.

  18. I'd like to start importing clients and TLDs. I managed to create TLDs that I can manage manually (not tied to any supported registrar, specifically a ccTLD). Now I'm trying to figure out how to import .com domains, I have a few .com domains managed by Namesilo (supported), others by Resellerclub (supported) and a few on Porkbun (not yet supported). I understand that, for now, in order to import services and products I need to go through the process of creating an order. How do I set which registrar I'm creating the order for? For example, I'm trying to do: domain1.com -> namesilo domain2.com -> resellerclub domain3.com -> porkbun (manual managed, no registrar) Doc read: https://docs.upmind.com/docs/using-multiple-registrars
  19. Also, when configuring pricing for products, the amounts shown don't honor correct formatting for Spanish amounts. For example. In English it would be: 1,000.00 for a thousand But in Spanish it would be: 1.000,00 for a thousand (Decimal and thousand separators switch places) In the Basket page, when trying to setup new orders, amounts show in the right format.
  20. HI. I find that this page is missing some translations. Some of them might be due to some fields need revision in localazy's site, but some of them are not present as a string to translate: /admin/baskets/new/shop?aid=.... I'm attaching a screenshot

  22. Is it possible to show currency symbol instead of their code when creating a new order? Symbols show when configuring pricing, but not when creating an order (at least in the admin area) /admin/baskets/new/product?aid=.....
