  1. Hello Team, We have a feature in WHMCS, where the client is billed according to the usage, i.e. disk space, bandwidth, MySQL databases, Addon Domains, etc. More details here: https://docs.whmcs.com/Usage_Billing It would be good to have this feature in Upmind as well!
  2. Hello, I would like to suggest a feature here, we would be able to sell AWS, Google Cloud and Azure Services to our customers, and charge them accordingly for it. This is will be a postpaid billing system based on the usage of the customer. Here we can set up the services/category that we would like to sell to our customers. It can have two ways, where a. We enter the price per product (Normal Way) b. We set a margin per product (if Cloud platform charges, $100 a month, we can add 10% as a margin for that category/product and the price will be set to $110.) The price change here will be dynamic according to the services used by the client. WHMCS Modules for it: 1. AWS Billing: https://www.modulesgarden.com/aws-billing-whmcs 2. Google Cloud Billing: https://www.modulesgarden.com/google-cloud-billing-whmcs 3. Azure Billing: https://www.modulesgarden.com/microsoft-azure-billing-whmcs
  3. Hello Team, I would like to suggest a feature, where we can add generate quotes for our customers through Upmind. For clients, with specific requirements, it is easier for us to create a custom quote for a client according to the requirement, and then charge him accordingly if he accepts the quote.
  4. Hello Luis, You can do that by using product options. Just add the price as one-time instead of monthly recurring. There is still a UI issue though, where the price for monthly/yearly and one-time are not shown separately, which can cause some confusion while ordering for the customer.
  5. I am looking forward to this now, "orders (including upgrade and renewals)" with tax shown on a month to month basis. Will help in filing taxes easily.
  6. Thanks, Seb. It is showing as expected now.
  7. Hello Seb, Access granted and also please have a look at the following ticket as the system is having various tax related and currency symbol related issues on the "PDF invoice". Ticket #TICKET00886.
  8. Looking forward to Enhance Integration. Great Panel.
  9. Hello Team, In WHMCS we had an option where we could edit invoices and add or subtract some products in the invoice as required. This functionality is missing in Upmind. Eg: When selling bandwidth, we can charge the customer at the end of the month depending on his total usage. If he has used 250 GB and is only paying for 100GB then, rest 150GB can be charged during the next invoice. Can you please make invoices editable as in WHMCS, as it will solve a lot of problems.
  10. Hello Team, The cPanel login functionality is not working on Upmind. The error message is displayed as "Unable to dispatch provision request due to missing data". Can you please check what has gone wrong and why the login has stopped working?
  11. Hello Team, As we are from India, we charge GST to each and every customer from India. Customers outside India are not charged any GST. The bug offers on the product page of the customer, where he sees that Tax is not Applicable on the product, and the invoice is with the tax applied to the product. This is causing confusion among customers. Can you please fix this? I have attached an image where the product page shows No Tax applicable for the customer from India, where he should be shown Tax applicable. The product has tax template attached to it.
  12. Hello Team, I would like to suggest a feature where, we can use conditional logic for Product Options/Attributes. This would enable having multiple pricing for similar options based on the product option being selected. Here is an example for the same: 1. If a product option of location is enabled for a product, and the options in that category are: "North America, EU, Asia, Africa". 2. The user selects North America. 3. The second option lets say he has to select is total bandwidth, and he has multiple options, "100GB, 500GB, 1TB, etc" 4. he selects 100GB and the price for that is $5. Scenario 2: 1. If a product option of location is enabled for a product, and the options in that category are: "North America, EU, Asia, Africa". 2. The user selects Africa. 3. The second option let's say he has to select is total bandwidth, and he has multiple options, "100GB, 500GB, 1TB, etc" 4. he selects 100GB and the price for that is $7. Here the bandwidth for Africa is priced at $7 for 100GB and for North America is priced at $5 for 100GB. For a user on the selection of option A "location", the prices for option B "bandwidth" will change accordingly. Please implement this feature.
  13. +1 for this! Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp Business should definitely be supported!
