  1. When Client do not paid invoice on due and there account terminated. Most of hosting provider will keep a backup for x days. Example 10 days so after client account is terminated from there product page from client area they can see a option to restore there account with a fee. And the option only available for 10 days because hosting provider will only keep backups for 10 days. After client paid the invoice from dashboard we can see request to restore account or automatically open a support ticket about restore. Otherwise we have to do a lot of mannual works with out this feature. Client open ticket. Mannual have to pay invoice. Need to wait to Clint to pay invoice. If have this feature it's will be time saver.

  2. There should be a option to add late fee if Client do not pay invoice on due date they will have to pay a late fee example 5% or 10%. WHMCS have this feature. After due date if invoice is not paid invoice will be regenerated with late fee.

  3. When 2FA enabled on any account. Then should provide a 2fa backup codes. Clients have to keep 2fa backup codes safely somewhere. If client lost 2fa lost the devices or uninstalled the Authenticator app they can easily login into account by using 2fa backup code. Otherwise they have to contact us and admins need to mannual disable 2fa on there account.

  4. Security login adds an additional layer of security to your client area. If the user failed login attempts x times then the user remember his password and successfully login he need to enter a second passcode that will be send to his email this will make sure that the user is him and he is the one trying to login to his account and it's not another guy trying to get the user account.

    Yes that right i think right now instamojo is focused on there own eCommerce platform instead of payment gateway. Instamojo main feature i liked is simple interface and easy sign up process and convenience fee feature https://www.instamojo.com/features/convenience-fee/

  6. Define gateway availability rules:

    • Default set for new clients
    • Default set to display in cart
    • Per client profile
    • Per client group
    • Per product
    • Per product/account billing cycle
    • Per customer country

    Reduce chargeback costs:

    • Auto-limit gateways available to customer who made fraud order.
    • Allow to pay for fraudulent order using subset of your supported gateways (ie using Bitcoin)

    • Define events / actions the client performs in upmind upon which the points will be assigned to customer account, example - 1 order 1 point. 1 point value .10 $
    • Specify number of points needed for a reward
    • Reward customers with: credit, coupon codes or free products

  7. There should have SSO Login support for 3 party software. Example if i am running community forum for my hosting business so instead of clients creating different account for community forum. They can use upmind account to login into community forum. Onces they click on login button on community forum it's will be redirected to upmind login page after login successfully automatically logged in community forum.
