1 - u can easily migrate from whmcs to upmind. Upmind have enom Integration. So u use enom with upmind. 2 - upmind will be automatically setup hosting. i seen this feature on pipedrive website https://www.pipedrive.com/en in website footer can see support is available to not, the status will change online or offline based on business hours or agents online or not.

after Knowledgebase feature released its will be good if have a option to embedded Knowledgebase in main website. i found this feature on https://board.support/articles-demo support board will allow Knowledgebase embedded without redirection to other pages or websites to view Knowledgebase articles.

I think there is no specific settings in upmind dashboard for wordpress website right now. For hosting add upmind product link in wordpress hosting plans widget and for domain add upmind domain name search Widget after domain searched in the widget it's will be automatically redirected to upmind checkout page.

they have already built social media login integration and many other features for https://my.fixed.net/ fixed.net Upmind version. But i do not understand why they still not released those feature in normal upmind version.

No u have to manually deposit money into Reseller account.

@SebPlease give any updates about instamojo or any other Indian payment gateway. Then only i can start my hosting business.

@gavinfirst we have to manually add funds to our Reseller account. Then when new domain name Register, transfer and Renewal, upmind will automatically sent api request to Reseller account the money will be automatically debited and domain will be automatically setup it's fully automated.

It's will be great if have option like this for each tld add option to add Reseller price ( price we buy domain from Reseller and markup price. example .com in upmind dashboard have option to add Reseller domain price, markup price or %. Example - Reseller domain price for reseller pride .com 9$ markup fee ( profits) 1$ domain selling price 10$ so in report's we business owners can see right domain sales reports example if sold 100 .com domain instead of showing profit 1000$ show markup profits 100$ in the report or for this create different report to see right domain profits. Also can see each profits for each TLD.

When enabled custom SMTP server for sending emails. In newsletter option there should be a option to add Custom email address for sending newsletter example [email protected]

When using custom SMTP server for sending mail in upmind. All emails are sent though custom email address added in upmind settings including all support departments mails also. It's not right i think. I have set [email protected] in settings if any one open support ticket all emails are sending through [email protected] it's has to be sent though departments email address example if client open ticket in sales department then email should be sent through [email protected], if abuse department then email should send through [email protected]. when enabled custom SMTP server support ticket emails sent through corresponding support department email address.

Option to add Custom html and css.

It's will be great if upmind have marketplace like WHMCS or WordPress. developers can create custom features, plugins, themes etc.

Sometimes after client made the payment. payment is successful in payment gateway side sometime some payment methods takes some time to verify the payment but client will close payment gateway page, due to connectivity issues, any errors, redirection issue, Payment status will not update on billing software. I have faced this issue when using WHMCS. And client will contact us and we have to mannual verify the payment which takes time. So i think if have this feature it's will solve this issues. If a client is initiated a payment request and if payment is failed or have any error. I think for every payment transaction payment gateway will create a transaction Id so if any upmind payment is failed after its initiated upmind will auto check the status of payment using transaction id after x minutes.

1 - add option for clients to close the templates 2 - multiple Client area templates at same place with auto changing to other templates 3 - add a option to add colours, buttons, images etc like the screenshot.

Beautiful Emails templates please add like the screenshot also with buttons and easy to change colour of email templates from Upmind dashboard without any extra coding from us.

It's will be great we add add Promotion Banners in client area homepage. Also create Promotion Banners from Upmind admin dashboard

I have seen this feature on Krystal https://krystal.uk/stats. They make there Statistics public. So it's will be great upmind have widget to do this. Example - active clients, hosting account, domain name etc.

Domain Auction Clients can sell there domain name and buyers can buy domain name. Clients can add there domain name for sale. ( Domain registered from us ) After buyer brought domain name automatically seller account. Admin can set how much profits % per sales from admin dashboard example 10%. Available domain for sales list can embedded on front end website through Widget. Clients can request for withdrawal from client area.

Scheduled recurring Price Increase for products.

From admin dashboard can see which clients are online and which staffs are online. WHMCS have this feature

In Client area clients can select dates and download there financial account statements.

Stop Clients Closing Tickets. Example Abuse ticket or specific department.

I think add a option in upmind dashboard to company can white labele api Domain using cname.
