I have noticed most of clients do not enable 2fa in there account so it's will be great if have option for admins to force clients to enable 2fa in there accounts. After client created a account they will be forced to enable 2fa on there account without enabling 2fa they not able to anything on dashboard. It's will increase the security of the clients account.

I am been testing and using upmind for around 1 year now. I see good future in Upmind. Right now Upmind is now in beta stage but if anyone tried upmind they never feels it's a beta software. It's very sold software and well build by @Seb and the team.

It's will be great if we could create forms and embedded on website and collect datas. Example - survey form, poll form etc

i have seen this great feature on 20.com dashboard. when a customer brought asdf.com domain name so other tlds like asdf.in, asdf.net, .asdf online will be automatically suggested which is available to buy when they open client area its will be show as a notification like the below. its will help to increase domain sales.

also when a customer is creating support ticket based on keywords customer typing in subject or message area knowledgebase articles will automatically suggest. example if a customer trying open ticket what is my name server so based on the keywords knowledgebase articles will automatically suggest, so customer will check out knowledgebase articles and do not open the ticket. this feature will reduce support ticket. @Seb please consider adding this feature after knowledgebase feature released.

I think it's will be great if domain name name server updated there will be show a notice like this ( When you update the nameservers for a domain, it may take up to 24-48 hours for the change to take effect. ) Because some clients will instantly contact support after updated name server is not propagated or website not working. So i think if the notice show after updated name server. Clients will understand about propagation time and it's will help to reduce support tickets.

I am also confused about which domain registrar have to select. Right now I have short listed two domain reseller program domainnameapi and realtime Register. Add a option to add Domain REDEMPTION fee for each tld also make Domain REDEMPTION process automation

In Clint area in domain name name server option there should have 2 option like the screenshot. 1 - use default name server. If Clint select default name server then default name server will be automatically show there. 2 - use custom name server.

2FA should have the ability to remember a device for a certain period so clients do not have to enter 2FA every single time.

Upmind already have a mobile friendly admin dashboard and mobile friendly client area so Instead of building smartphone application from zero. It's will be great to add Progressive Web App support for admin dashboard and client area. So clients and admins can easily manage from smartphone.

It's will be great if upmind will automatically check if the domain name is eligible for transfer. 1 The domain is not expiring soon. 2 The domain has been registered elsewhere for at least 60 days. 3 Protection against a transfer is disabled on the domain. If these criteria are not met then domain will not be eligible for transfer. If have this feature it will be time saver because some clients will try to transfer domains without these criteria and domain not possible to transfer. So hosting provider will loss lot of time behind it and have to refund the money if domain not possible to transfer.

its will be great if have Security Questions feature. its help to verify clients who have lost access to 2fa and When resetting their password from the client area, the system will prompt the client to select their security question and enter the answer before creation of a new password. its will increases the security of the accounts.
