  6. Allow Pacific location or Pacific IP address to login into admin account. Example if a company set the rule only from India location or Pacific IP address can login into upmind admin dashboard.

  10. @Seb instead of creating robots.txt, this issue can easily fixed by adding no Index Tag in header of every page by default. I think it's can easily added. Please add this feature. It's a must feature. Otherwise all upmind pages will be indexed and it's do not looks good i think. @SebPlease consider adding this feature.
  11. I think we can add these things to invoice by editing invoice and with Client custom fields. But it's will be great if have upmind have these features by default. Example option to upload signature.   12. To reduce frauds orders for free trial. After free trail order is placed clients will be have to make a small payment like inr 10 rs or usd .25 $ after payment is successful instantly will be refunded. So it's will reduce frauds on free trail. Only good customer will make the payment. Frauds clients mostly will not make the payment.

  14. These features needed for pricing plans Widget. 1 - Monthly and yearly pricing switch button. 2 - pricing will be automatically change based on countries. Example i have enabled inr and usd currency. If a customer visit from India then inr currency will show and if customer visit from outside India usd currency will show. Upmind can automatically find customer country using ip address.

It's will be great if have option to sent newsletter though different SMTP server because some SMTP provider only allow transaction not allowed promotional emails if some will allow both but there pricing will be high. So it's will be great if have option to add different SMTP for transaction emails and promotional emails.
  19. If we could set a specific number of emails that could be sent out in a span of time would be great when sending newsletter. For example, if need to sent 1000 emails newsletter m you can break apart the queue by sending out, lets say, 100 per hour or 100 per 10 minutes or 30 minutes This would really help address mail being rejected by mail servers that have frequency limits. Also some SMTP provider have hourly limit.
  20. Some customers have loads of domains and/or services. It would be great if they got invoiced once per month with all the services/domain renewals in that invoice. eg Create invoice on nth October for all services/domains due to expire in November. Also clients can enable this feature from client area if they need to get single Invoice for all there products.
  21. After a client brought a hosting when they open there product page client can if there hosting domain name is using our name server or not. If using our name server it's will show domain name is connected to our hosting if not using our name server then there will be a warning message will show domain name is not connected to our hosting so please update the name server and our name server details will show there. Admin side we can easily see domain which are connected to our name server and which domains are not connected to our name server. Upmind will automatically check every x days if there domain name is pointed to our hosting or not it's will be great if domain name is not pointed to our name server the clients will get email notification.

Yes there are many Expense Tracker software but if upmind have inbuilt we can easily see profits and expenses from a single dashboard combine expenses and profits with in upmind. View Expenses Statistics On Dashboard: Monthly Expenses Expense Vendors Per Month Expense Categories Per Month Pending Expenses Add And Manage Registered / Recurring Expenses: View Expense Reports: Select From Predefined Reports: Expenses Per Category Expenses Per Currency Expenses Per Vendor Expenses Vs Income View Statistics In Graph And Table Form Export option. Attach invoice (PDF or image) to each Expense.
  23. Add a option for staffs and clients must have to use 2fa in there accounts. We can select for staffs or Clients or both in settings must have to use 2fa.
  24. Add a option for clients for stop reopening closed tickets. Some clients will keep reopening same ticket instead of creating new ticket.

When hosting company have service legal agreement sla Example hosting company promise 99% uptime and hosting when down and uptime reach 98% clients will get 10%, if 95% uptime 50% compensation price is automatically decided based on hosting price if hosting price 10$ per month then clients will get 1$ as compensation for 98% downtown clients will get compensation in there account balance for the down time. Which they can use to pay future invoices. It's will be great if upmind can do this automatically. Example if hosting when down and uptime reach 98% 10% compensation hosting price is 10$ and Client should reserve 1$ as compensation. So in upmind dashboard sla compensation option we can select web server which effects down time and enter and uptime and compensation % and click submit button and upmind will automatically credit the compensation money into clients account credit. Sent mail to downtime compensation has credited. By going this automatic and pro active clients will be happy. Otherwise every clients have to contact open ticket manually credit sla each clients will take lof of time.
