PayPal Subscriptions sandbox does not support recurrent charges, so you cannot simulate them. You can only simulate the initial charge. And to test recurrent charges, you'll need to use a live PayPal account.

[How to enable setup fees for monthly payments?]

To enable setup fees for monthly payments on Upmind, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to Products > Product Options.
2. Click on the product option that you want to add a setup fee to.
3. In the Setup Fee field, enter the amount of the setup fee.
4. Select the Monthly option from the Payment Period dropdown menu.
5. Click on Save.

To hide the setup fee for yearly payments, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to Products > Product Options.
2. Click on the product option that you want to hide the setup fee for.
3. Uncheck the Show for Yearly Payments checkbox.
4. Click on Save.

Here is an example of how you would set up a setup fee for monthly payments and hide it for yearly payments:
