Can I build custom provisioning integrations (i.e. custom server panels, domain providers etc)
Our focus at the moment is to bring Upmind to the market with the key integrations that 90% of our clients will want. That means integrations for the ~20 most popular hosting and server control systems, the ~20 most popular domain wholesalers and the ~20 most popular payment gateways.
This allows us to work on finding any edge cases or tweaks we need to make to logic.
After that, we will focus on allowing third party integrations. This has been our intention right from the start. We have the process and structure in place to roll this out in future in an extremely comprehensive and secure way.
How do I run and install Upmind?
Upmind is a SAAS product, so you will just sign up through our site and you will be up and running in 30 seconds. There is no configuration needed and we take care of all infrastructure and scaling.
Upmind runs 100% on Amazon Web Services.
Does Upmind tie me to specific providers?
No. We are a third party billing system and not associated with any particular hosting control panel, web host, infrastructure provider or domain registrar. Our founders have a background in web hosting and ISP services, which is why we have been able to create a solution as well as we have. We will not push you to use provider A or provider B.
Upmind is tackling web hosting billing first as we think it's an industry that needs a better piece of software. But ultimately Upmind will be used for many other industries too - for example to abstract subscription billing and ordering from WordPress websites as an alternative to plugins like WooCommerce.
