It will be great if have domain reselling system. Domain Reseller system enables to generate Upmind and WHMCS modules to resell domains. It will be great if have Payment Gateway Charges feature.
1 - Payment Gateway Charges - Percentage + Fixed Amount. example - 3% + 0.30$ per transaction. Most of payment gateway providers are charging like this.
2 - For each payment gateway have option to add different payment gateway charges for each country. Example - for Indian transaction 3% and for outside Indian transaction 5%.

Also take.to have a feature if no agents and it will automatically opened a ticket inside tawk.to so it will be great if a ticket created in tawk.to then automatically open support ticket inside Upmind ticket system.
