Currently, if we do a segment for all customers, it includes customers without an active subscription or cancelled / closed accounts.
This is obviously super-super annoying for customers who don't use our services, but we still want to send bulk mail.
Any idea if we can have a email preferences etc, or a link on emails to opt out of further emails?

How good is payments through PayPal? What if a customer cancels their payment through PayPal - does it automatically update on Upmind like WHMCS?

Would be nice if we could disable the native ticket support, but leave the support PIN in place for when we want to offer just livechat.

Would be nice if we could set provision limits per server configuration. Some panels don't support limits per server, would be nice if we could artificially implement this on Upmind.

Being able to make a product priceless, and only allowing price overrides to set price

When product options/attributes children surpass 5 records etc convert to dropdown.
if you have a location selection with 25 options, it's a long-ass-page.

When we do get access to webhooks, it would be cool if we could have the ability to send information from the provision i.e. completed provision webhook, sending domain, hostname etc

Struggling to function currently, need to be able to have two provisions for one product, i.e. dns provision, product provision - any eta?

It would be nice if we could set a % discount for purchasing in bulk etc, so if you purchase two, 5% discount, three 7% discount etc.

Very true, maybe we could have a dropdown in Upmind that is like "select website" from the customer's enhance account, and then a button that says "Login", I presume Enhance will have SSO into Magento etc when they support it too, so it would be nice.

Could we not add the ability to specify a enhance staging domain, and then provision a random xyz.EnhanceStagingDomain.com?

Would be nice, if a option for Enhance was to provision the order as a staging site. This would allow the customer to use the hosting straight away, like most modern services do with a staging domain based off their order domain xyz.domain.com and then push to live in Enhance when ready.

They've also got SSO directly into WP now also via API, can we get some functionality to choose on the Enhance provision module, SSO into Enhance or Directly to WP.
I think most here would like their customers to directly SSO into WP.

Would be nice if we could have a widget for leads, i.e., if we have an enterprise solution that is POA that requires a custom solution and price, would be nice if we could embed a leads form widget on that page on our sites.

True integration with LiveChat etc

Would be nice if we could have a direct integration with a live chat provider, i.e. automatically authenticating like you can on WHMCS etc.
That would be ideal, may Crips or Intercom direct support, automatically authenticating name, email etc.
Would be even better if we could track chat transcripts and other metrics in Upmind.
