The checkout system where there is a notice about terms is acceptable opt-in.
There needs to be a checkbox present saying, "I accept x companies' terms of services", then within that customers profile on upmind a date, time, IP, when that checkbox was selected.
Stripe has out-right stated the way Upmind opts in customers without an "acknowledgment" isn't usable as proof of a customer's cooperation with terms.
We need this asap, really, asap!

We need as a matter of urgency a tab or section within customer accounts that documents and lists any cancellation requests made.
In said section it should log time, description, request reason, accepted / declined when etc.
It would also need to be able to provide an API log, including their entire activity log.
It would also need to include confirmation of acceptance of the TOS on checkout and when it was accepted.

I am making everyone aware, that Stripe requires these above to counter-dispute any disputed payments.
Without the above, you cannot dispute the payment with any chance of winning.

Not sure if mentioned before, but it's getting hard to keep track of cPanel accounts and customer accounts on Upmind.
It would appear sometimes the account on Upmind is terminated but the termination isn't ran on cPanel.
Would it be possible to create a sync function, like WHCMS has?

The Bearer token is 10/10 easy to do. Why would we need API tokens?

It would be nice if we could send a email x days or weeks after a trigger was triggered.
I.e. on product activation + 15 days send a email "how are we doing" etc

It would be useful to include an invoice status i.e. paid, owed, etc when listing a customer's invoices.

When getting a user's tickets, it would be useful to include the tickets status in the list.

Syncing Stripe Products / Subscriptions Linking - to Upmind Products/Subscriptions would enable us to have greater control and insight into payments than Upmind can provide currently.
It would be really good if we could have endpoints for Stripe Checkout so we can use Stripe checkout completely.
