  1. Hey guys. Thanks for volunteering to help with the translations. This forum is private to discuss translations We use localazy.com and you should have an invite to this system Once in, you will see two projects - Upmind BE - Upmind FE The BE (backend) is everything that comes back from the API. The FE (frontend) is everything that shows in the frontend. Both need translating. We have done the 'auto-translate' feature of Localazy, which means that all the strings have been translated using auto-translation tools like Amazon Translate/Google Translate. But this is not perfect. We need to do two things 1. Check through the translations and fix any that are wrong (important but not critical) 2. Fix any placeholders (very important) Placeholders are how we insert custom variables into the text. On Upmind FE this is handled like {this}. On Upmind BE this is handled like :this The auto-translations have messed up some of these. Let's keep any questions or comments in here.
  2. Here is a guide: https://docs.upmind.com/docs/how-to-create-hosting-welcome-emails We will at some stage in future provide some suggested templates also.
  3. We have an interface for this coming soon but for now if you raise a ticket we can export the data for you.
  4. Yes - just open a ticket and we can do it for you
  5. Yes no problem. Will add this to the roadmap 🙂 Shortly the domains provisioning system will be open sourced too so that anyone can contribute domain provider integrations.
  6. Will move it and sure yes we can add this to the list 🙂
  7. The frontend is not yet deployed. Just backend options that enable it.
  8. See my thread below where I mention it.
  9. We've got a feature request in to only allow access to specific departments when a product exists, but in theory we could just remove *any* departments from being available unless there is a product that allows access.
  10. Expanding this a little more: - Would you want to offer any support at all, or only when a specific product is ordered?
  11. Hey guys We've had quite a few people ask us on tickets about etas for various features, so want to give a transparent overview of our focus for the next couple of months so that we are managing expectations a bit. Our focus for the next 4 -6 weeks is the following - A new client order flow - an "express" flow - which we imagine most users will use. We build the current order flow to cover functionality, without focusing too much on design/UX. The new system optimises this considerably and will also better handle things like 'do you want to register/transfer this domain'. We're going to release in stages. - GST/Multi-tax billing. This is substantial at it involves a restructure of how we handle tax. - Creating the structure for the different provisioning areas we don't already have and open-sourcing it all so that others can contribute integrations. We have started at https://github.com/upmind-automation - this now allows others to contribute integrations which we can then review. In future (long-term) we plan ways for you to be able to run your own custom versions of the provisioning entirely standalone. We need to publish what we have so far for domain names, and develop a framework for servers + ssls. - More advanced domain functionality that is needed. E.g. polling. - Client area templates (so you can add custom content to areas within the client area) - Quick Add client products + services from their profile in admin area Once the above are done, the following 2-4 weeks will be spent neatening the onboarding of new Upmind users and fixing pain points during setup (e.g. adding custom domains, setting up email forwarding, adding domain names). All of this then will then allow us to open the floodgates to new Upmind users 🙂 While we do the above, small bug fixes / tweaks / improvements will be left unless urgent as we don't want to distract from getting the above sorted. We know there are lots of little improvements we can make and some seem minor. But we want to get the above all sorted. We will be concurrently working on new payment gateways, though the speed there will also be slower than we will be able to do in future due to focusing on the above.
  12. Now up at https://upmind.com/integrations

  14. Sorry didn't reply here! Issue raised and is being sorted 🙂
  15. Yeah we've had this request for other provison requests too so I guess we'd do the same e.g. for a domain name provider. If supported it would list all records it finds on the provision config (e.g. cPanel accounts in WHM, Domain names in a domain provider) and then map them to existing services in Upmind. Any it doesn't find it would allow you to then quick create.

  18. Thanks for the kind feedback. I'll expand on this post in a blog article over the weekend but basically we want millions of users on our platform. We want to really remove any barriers for entry for people to use us. We think our platform will give them the tools to grow their business. If it does, then they will be paying us. We also eventually want to take on WooCommerce and other eCommerce software, with embedded widgets in WordPress etc. We also want to build a community of people working on our open source integrations. In order to do that successfully we need volume - lots and lots of volume. The best thing anyone can do to support us is to tell everyone they know about us and post about us. Tell people the software is awesome and free to use 🙂
  19. We have now settled on the final pricing for Upmind and are excited to announce that we will have a free tier. This will be always free - no introductory pricing, no catches, no hidden fees. For most people that use Upmind, they will never have to pay us anything. We want to be the billing platform of choice (and initially, the hosting billing platform of choice). We want as many businesses to use our software as possible. Together with the open sourcing of provisioning - more details later - this free tier really increases the scope of what we can do. For larger businesses, the free plan should also remove the pressure to commit to Upmind within a finite trial period. Moving your business client management and billing is a big decision and we do not want to rush you into it. Our free plan allows Up to 50 Clients (clients with an active service) Up to 50 Paid Invoices in the previous month Up to 2 Payment methods Up to 2 Provisioning Configurations (a server, domain provider, etc.) A single brand 1 staff user Full pricing details at https://upmind.com/start - we think our paid pricing is amazingly low also. All current Upmind users will be moved to the free plan if they fall within the above limits. Anyone who registers from now on will also start on the free plan until they upgrade.
  20. We can add this but I think it would have to be something like once they have a stored payment method, they can't remove it unless they add another? As there are some payment methods (e.g. PayPal) which you can't 'store' as such. How does that sound? So basically an option that if set, stops clients from removing a default stored payment method unless another is set as default?
  21. All this functionality will be available with the content ability coming soon.
  22. Yes absolutely. What we haven't got on domains yet but is coming soon is the automated polling (e.g. EPP Polling) for updates.
  23. This is already set. Of course it only shows if the invoice does qualify for the reverse charge mechanism
  24. Just awaiting a final review and deploy 🙂
  25. Now on pricing you will see an advanced option This lets you - Auto-populate prices - Copy prices from another product https://docs.upmind.com/docs/advanced-subscription-pricing-tools
