1. Instamojo we have in our roadmap. We're focusing on getting global reach - so for India our first gateway will be RazorPay

    Atomtech we haven't heard about and I cant find a site online - can you link me?

  2. Here's an example template with placeholders for anyone reading this:

    Dear {{ client.first_name }},

Your {{ brand.name }} hosting package has been suspended due to non-payment.

Hosting account name: {{ contracts_product.product_name }}
Domain: {{ contracts_product.service_identifier }}

Please settle your overdue invoices to bring the hosting account back online. Failure to pay may result in service termination. If you no longer wish to continue with your hosting package please request a cancellation in our system.

Thanks
{{ brand.name }}

  3. First of all, completely agree this is clunky. Like in a lot of places, we've been focusing on getting functionality out and then will come back to make things simpler later

    What you are after here is a product notification as it can be different per product (i.e. for a domain vs a hosting package)

    Go to the product in the product catalogue, then go to product notifications. Then add a notification on contract product suspended

    You'll need to add that for each product you want to send the suspended email for

  4. Honestly, that sounds like something bad software does.

    There are many many better ways we can protect fake logins other than changing an admin path. I mean, if you wanted to you could put the admin panel on a completely different URL under settings -> domains.

    For a start I would recommend locking down your admin by IP under settings -> security.

  5. This isn't what option does - it basically lets you define something which you can then use to choose server provider. So for instance if you had two 20i endpoints (one UK and one US) you could choose which one to provision to based on location

    We understand that you choose a 20i server location using a package name like 123-UK, but to be honest we haven't tested it on a multi-location setting

    We will make contact with 20i in the near future and ask for some technical input on their APIs as it's not documented
