Seb Posted September 1, 2022 Share Posted September 1, 2022 Here's an example template with placeholders for anyone reading this: Dear {{ client.first_name }},

Your {{ brand.name }} hosting package has been suspended due to non-payment.

Hosting account name: {{ contracts_product.product_name }}
Domain: {{ contracts_product.service_identifier }}

Please settle your overdue invoices to bring the hosting account back online. Failure to pay may result in service termination. If you no longer wish to continue with your hosting package please request a cancellation in our system.

Thanks
{{ brand.name }} 1 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
