  1. Hello Team,

Currently there is no option where we can search for a particular word or sentence in the tickets or the conversation we had in tickets with the customer. Having a search option would be a helpful addition as looking through each and every ticket for something we are searching for becomes time consuming. Instead if we could search directly it would be useful.

  2. Hello Team,

We have gone through your documentation regarding how to send bulk notifications. But we are unable to send it to a group of people who own a particular service.

We had sent an email sometime back to a particular group of clients owning a particular service. But we do not seem to find that option now.

What we see now is just a few options for client status, and none for selecting the product or product attribute!

Could you please help us in pointing out in the right direction?

This is live for use now

We've prioritised getting the UPI, QR code integration done - which means that everyone in India can pay

There is a separate Razorpay integration coming in future which allows you to take credit and debit cards only and tokenise them

    Hello @Seb,
Thanks for the UPI/QR integration and prioritising it.
We are now waiting for the CC/DC gateway as Stripe doesn't accept most of the Indian Debit/Credit Cards.

Hopefully yes - it depends on lots of factors, not least of which is any problems encountered in the integration

@SebWe are really waiting for Razorpay to arrive soon now!
Hope the work is progressing as expected!

  5. Hello,

I would like to suggest a feature here, we would be able to sell AWS, Google Cloud and Azure Services to our customers, and charge them accordingly for it. This is will be a postpaid billing system based on the usage of the customer.

Here we can set up the services/category that we would like to sell to our customers.
It can have two ways, where
    a. We enter the price per product (Normal Way)
    b. We set a margin per product (if Cloud platform charges, $100 a month, we can add 10% as a margin for that category/product and the price will be set to $110.)
The price change here will be dynamic according to the services used by the client.

    WHMCS Modules for it:

    1. AWS Billing: https://www.modulesgarden.com/aws-billing-whmcs
    2. Google Cloud Billing: https://www.modulesgarden.com/google-cloud-billing-whmcs
    3. Azure Billing: https://www.modulesgarden.com/microsoft-azure-billing-whmcs

  6. Hello Team,

I would like to suggest a feature, where we can add generate quotes for our customers through Upmind.
For clients, with specific requirements, it is easier for us to create a custom quote for a client according to the requirement, and then charge him accordingly if he accepts the quote.

I'd like to replicate a behavior in my other billing system.

    Example:

I would create a product with a recurring yearly price, let's say: 90$. But I'd like to charge them 200$ the first year (90$ for the product itself + 110$ consisting of setup fees or any other concept).

How can I archive that in Upmind? Is there a way to set a price for the first occurrence and another for the subsequent periods. Or do I need to create 2 products? That would be little harder to manage though since each product would need their "one time" counterpart and it has to be added manually.

    Hello Luis,

You can do that by using product options. Just add the price as one-time instead of monthly recurring. There is still a UI issue though, where the price for monthly/yearly and one-time are not shown separately, which can cause some confusion while ordering for the customer.

Just to confirm should be fixed - you might see the fix already from last Friday or today if not. Our tax implementation has become a lot more advanced so some of the frontend conditionals here needed to be adjusted. We won't be able to show something like "includes x% tax" because tax can now be multi-layered and also include fixed amounts. So instead we'll show how much tax is included.

Thanks, Seb. It is showing as expected now.
