  1. Hello Team,

In WHMCS we had an option where we could edit invoices and add or subtract some products in the invoice as required. This functionality is missing in Upmind.
Eg: When selling bandwidth, we can charge the customer at the end of the month depending on his total usage. If he has used 250 GB and is only paying for 100GB then, rest 150GB can be charged during the next invoice.

Can you please make invoices editable as in WHMCS, as it will solve a lot of problems.

  2. Hello Team,

As we are from India, we charge GST to each and every customer from India. Customers outside India are not charged any GST.
The bug offers on the product page of the customer, where he sees that Tax is not Applicable on the product, and the invoice is with the tax applied to the product.

This is causing confusion among customers. Can you please fix this?

I have attached an image where the product page shows No Tax applicable for the customer from India, where he should be shown Tax applicable.

The product has tax template attached to it.

  3. Hello Team,

I would like to suggest a feature where, we can use conditional logic for Product Options/Attributes. This would enable having multiple pricing for similar options based on the product option being selected.

Here is an example for the same:

    1. If a product option of location is enabled for a product, and the options in that category are: "North America, EU, Asia, Africa".
    2. The user selects North America.
    3. The second option lets say he has to select is total bandwidth, and he has multiple options, "100GB, 500GB, 1TB, etc"
    4. he selects 100GB and the price for that is $5.

    Scenario 2:
    1. If a product option of location is enabled for a product, and the options in that category are: "North America, EU, Asia, Africa".
    2. The user selects Africa.
    3. The second option let's say he has to select is total bandwidth, and he has multiple options, "100GB, 500GB, 1TB, etc"
    4. he selects 100GB and the price for that is $7.

Here the bandwidth for Africa is priced at $7 for 100GB and for North America is priced at $5 for 100GB. For a user on the selection of option A "location", the prices for option B "bandwidth" will change accordingly.

    Please implement this feature.

  4. Hello,

Would love to see modules through which we can provision, and manage Hetzner, Linode, Vultr, AWS servers. These are already available with WHMCS and would be great if you can integrate them as well.

The basic management features can be included such as,

    1. Provision of servers
    2. Start/Stop Server
    3. Delete a server
    4. Install OS
    5. Rebuild Server

All of these can be done via API and it will be great if these services are integrated with Upmind.
