Feedback Monkey Posted December 17, 2022 Share Posted December 17, 2022 Would be nice if we could have a direct integration with a live chat provider, i.e. automatically authenticating like you can on WHMCS etc. That would be ideal, may Crips or Intercom direct support, automatically authenticating name, email etc. Would be even better if we could track chat transcripts and other metrics in Upmind. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
