Luis
Hi Is there a way I can change a product's price but choose old/current clients to keep their old price maybe as a custom pricing? Thanks.
0 Luis
I mean, automatically when changing the product's price. So I don't have to go each service one by one and change it back.
0 Seb
By default the clients keep their old price - changing a product catalogue price doesn't change the price of existing services.

0 Clive
1. What would happen in the case of a product free for the first 3 months then the price changes to $5 per month? 2. What happens to existing customers where product prices need to be increased each year? 3. Can clients cancel a free product? Edited November 7, 2022 by Clive
0 Seb
1. What would happen in the case of a product free for the first 3 months then the price changes to $5 per month? We store on the contract product at the time of ordering so it would revert to the price originally stored not the new catalogue price. 2. What happens to existing customers where product prices need to be increased each year? You would have to change them on the individual existing contract products. We can create tooling and endpoints to do that in bulk. 3. Can clients cancel a free product? Yes

In the admin's UI, I mean.

0 Seb
Yeah we know we have to build some 'bulk update' features
