  1. Seb's post in What do the options in reconciliaton strict mode do? was marked as the answer
We're actually hiding this option - it's essentially how strict our next due date calculation is. Behind the scenes in Upmind we calculate due dates of services based on historic invoices. So on strict mode, we calculate through every historic invoice on a service and work out the correct due date from that. On non-strict mode we just use the last invoice.
Actually, everything uses Strict mode now and there's no reason why just the last invoice would be different. It used to be different based on data that was imported because we wouldn't have all the historic information but what we've done now is generate a pro rata 0 invoice to just get the date right which means full reconciliation works

  3. Seb's post in When is the API documentation released? was marked as the answer
    Hi Daniel
In theory you can use it now -- you can examine the API request our frontend makes and simply copy the requests.
We've also got documentation up at https://demoapi.upmind.io/doc/
It's by any standards a comprehensive and decent API, but what it's lacking is user-friendly explanatory documentation on our side, and the ability for you to generate API tokens. For now (unless you are a guest) you have to authenticate with an admin user/pass. We'll be working on the docs as well as an SDK in the future.

  4. Seb's post in How to create a recurring/subscription product with setup-fee? was marked as the answer
This has been sorted and should be deployed within the next few hours
If there is a mandatory product option, it is now selected by default and cannot be unselected.
  5. Seb's post in Forcing clients to enter full contact information on register/before checkout. was marked as the answer
Won't be long. We already have this feature but removed it because we had feedback to remove obstacles from checkout. So we are going to bring in an option to require it, in which case an address will be required on checkout.
