Hivium
Hello Team, As we are from India, we charge GST to each and every customer from India. Customers outside India are not charged any GST. The bug offers on the product page of the customer, where he sees that Tax is not Applicable on the product, and the invoice is with the tax applied to the product. This is causing confusion among customers. Can you please fix this? I have attached an image where the product page shows No Tax applicable for the customer from India, where he should be shown Tax applicable. The product has tax template attached to it. Seb
We can't recreate this so we'll need to login as you to test and see what is up -- can you raise a ticket and grant us login access temporarily please?

Seb
Just to confirm should be fixed - you might see the fix already from last Friday or today if not. Our tax implementation has become a lot more advanced so some of the frontend conditionals here needed to be adjusted. We won't be able to show something like "includes x% tax" because tax can now be multi-layered and also include fixed amounts. So instead we'll show how much tax is included.

It is showing as expected now. Edited September 12, 2022 by Hivium
