  1. @Seb if you were on free waiting for some features to be released before using live, the jump is now to £24 month for branded as against £16 month (inv vat). Warning / notice that it was going to happen would have been appreciated for existing testers. Especially after you just released a newsletter. Will you give existing free clients some coupon / joy to lock in at old price?
  2. @Faiz @Seb your new pricing does nothing for my business apart from increase costs. £20 plus vat per month is the tier after free. For this you get no api, no affiliates and no ability for web hooks. For a saas product that is hard to take. You need to be on growth to get those. You are also limiting clients AND monthly invoicing totals in to your limits!! for this you can still NOT create a custom invoice / one off to clients, and amend the description. more, you brought this in with no heads up to existing testers and those giving feedback in your beta phase which means we can’t even take advantage of the beta pricing which was roughly £10 month less than now (albeit with one admin). I feel let down and now am reconsidering our position with enhance as with this, there is no communication and a sudden price hike with no notice. I now worry enhance will be the same. I am not alone in this thought. Your quote of a high percentage will never pay for upmind is also nonsense, unless you only have one payment configuration and one provisioning (either server or domain for example). You can’t take payment, automate a domain purchase and automatically provision an account as that’s three. your communication has been diabolical for those using your product, and now it appears you are going down the whmcs road that was the reason we were looking for an alternative. You have my details on file if you want to reach out, but I think I am now done with upmind and potentially now revoking our relationship with enhance.

  4. Yeah, I’m close to either sticking with whmcs which I don’t want or moving to blesta which has significant features missing in core. I still live in vague hope something is about to happen, but I’m almost out of time to decide.
  5. It's ghostly quiet around here and I've seen in other forums some request for importing upmind to other systems. Are there any roadmap updates, new features just coming, updates from the email that was sent out in february regarding beta closing? Anything really - it's like an abandoned ship 😕 Meanwhile enhance is steaming ahead with regular updates and discussions and I kind of thought upmind would be doing more of the same. @Seb

  8. There’s enom/tucows , and others to pick from. Is there something specific netim sells differently? I have never used them but have top tier accounts with enom and RC (shortly ditching RC! )
  9. By the recent email from upmind and infrastructure change, along with the suggestion beta is coming to an end? I might have read it wrong, but I am taking from it that a lot of new features are about to be launched and with the timing, maybe 1st march??

  11. If the A record is being proxied in cloudflare, turn of the proxy option. One of our domains took couple days before I noticed!
  12. Does the configuration automatically log a client into Directadmin (sso) or take them to the da login page to enter their credentials?

  14. Hi @elvira I think the problem is that there is no documentation on what the import template needs to contain, for clients, packages etc. it’s a fantastic option, but currently not useable without knowing how it works.
  15. How does one go about creating a new integration for say hetzner or ovh - is there a list of active developers? Also once developed, how long does it take to get through upmind testing ? (or does it ??) Also - when do plugins like the linode one get looked at for active updates (new OS, linode types, integrating SSH terminal) ?
  16. I think wysiwyg is a must, creating and editing in html is a pain, although handy to fine tune
  17. Hi folks, any update on this one? It’s a massive win for those that deal with one off invoices and , I would say, critical to any billing system. I’ve said it before, but I am hugely frustrated with not seeing what is coming soon (yes I have seen the roadmap, but priorities …), and also changes that have been rolled out. @Seb @elvira although @Luis did point me to GitHub, it’s terrible and time wasting to sift through change logs and more of a dev resource than business management / new features. don’t get me wrong I am NOT criticising the development, but if I can’t work to a rough timeline to something like above (subject to change), then I need to consider other options (which would be long term). I was holding off until 2024 before making a decision, and it came super fast 😂
  18. In the last month I have had 50+ tickets that have been a mixture of auto reply and emails that are from the same provider which don’t need actioned. I had to manually select and change the status to closed. It would be nice to; multi select tickets apply some kind of bulk action (it assign to x dpt, close and perhaps delete)

If someone opens a ticket to sales@ it goes to the correct department (ie abuse, sales etc providing you have email forwarding setup to route to the appropriate upmind dpt) If the client opens a ticket in the portal, it goes to the default dpt - as soon as you take the ticket / resassign to the correct department, it then sits in the Abuse / Sales department. Although the outgoing email address is the same regardless of department - if the client replies, it still appends to the ticket in the correct department which is standard for a lot of enterprise systems. Is there a specific reason that you need the reply to the client to be sales / abuse@ etc? The automatic ticket routing is brilliant in upmind, so you dont have to worry about separate smpt setting for various emails
  22. I definitely agree there are too many paypal options. That being said - we just put stripe into the websites for card payments alongside paypal and EVERY transaction has gone through it - noone using paypal any more. I kind of understand it - one of our suppliers insists on using paypal which automatically charges my card. This is exceptionally annoying when I have a credit balance with them, yet they still charge my card. Trust in Paypal is becoming less maybe?? A little off topic, apologies.
