  1. Great to know that @Seb. Could you please get Jelastic implemented soon. It would be just the billing on Jelastic, where once the recharge is done, the amount reflects in the Jelastic dashboard. Thats it, nothing else should be required.

  2. Hello Guys,

I would like to suggest a feature for integrating CDN providers with Upmind, so we as hosting providers will find it easy to resell CDN to our customers.

    1. Bunny
    2. 5CentCDN
    3. Fastly
    4. StackPath

The customer purchases a certain amount of bandwidth from us, and once the bandwidth is over he is either charged according to the overages or the service is suspended till further payment. Please think on this feature request.

  3. We need to export invoices on a monthly basis. The option we are looking at is we can either select month wise export or date wise.
    For eg,
We need to export all PAID invoices for Month of December 2022, we can do it easily with a click of an export button and all the data including GST details will be exported in an excel format.

I will take a look at the Insights + Reports and get back to you.

  4. Hello,

While testing Upmind I came across a bug where once the invoice has been marked as paid manually and we download the invoice attached to the invoice, it shows as Unpaid with no mention of the transactions that have been performed on the invoice.

I do not know that how this works with a live payment gateway, but I think that the invoice should contain the transaction information as well as status should be updated to Paid. I think a simple re-generation of the PDF once the invoice is paid would do the trick.

The clients cannot be presented with an invoice that has PDF mentioning the invoice as Unpaid. The accounts team of the company will never accept an Unpaid Invoice.

  5. Hello @Seb,

I can see that Product options have a pricing mechanism where according to the product option the product price can be changed. I think that percentage pricing should be made available here.

Eg. A base price of the product is $100 per month.
A user selects "Option A" the base price can be applied. (So the pricing should be either 0.00 or 0% of the base price of the main product) - Total billed - $100
A user selects "Option B" the product price will change. (The pricing should increase by 5% above the base price of the main product) - Total billed - $105.
A user selects "Option C" the product price will change. (The pricing should increase by 10% of the base price of the main product.) - Total Billed - $110.

Can you guys implement something like this?
