Hi there, You can customize the footer by going to Settings -> Client Area Templates, guides here. Our template engine supports plain text, HTML, and basic Twig syntax for added flexibility. For custom pages, we recently released an early alpha version of this feature. Although it’s still in development, you’ll soon be able to create pages with custom paths like /~/{custom-page-slug}, and optionally add them to the menu. Each custom page will have its own template slot for adding markdown, HTML, or an iframe. Stay tuned for more updates in Upmind monthly newsletter!

Can I add a link in the menu bar or footer to a custom page?

Hi there! To test the connection, create a fake order with a test domain (like exampletestdomain123.com). Afterward, check the logs to see the API calls and responses. While you won’t see live changes in InternetBS, you should see activity in the sandbox. Alternatively, you can use our Demo Data feature. Just go to Settings > Demo to fill in the provision configurations with demo data. Has anyone else tried this? Feel free to share your experiences : ) Regards, Isma

I never used a sandbox mode before, but now I installed InternetBS and want to test the connection. I enabled sandbox and log. What's the right way to test a sandbox? Do I need to make a fake order with a fake domain, and see if it can connect? Will I see anything happening at InternetBS?

Hi @Seb, is this still on the todo list? Just a small textarea box called "Brands Email Footer" under the Brands setting will suffice. Markdown is ok, full html support will be great. So that the footer content will be included in all outgoing emails from that particular brand. Instead of the needs to edit 40+ templates one by one just for a small changes..

In Germany, the new e-invoicing law will apply from 01.01.2028, which makes it mandatory for B2B invoices over €250 (as well as many other criteria) to require an e-invoice. The transition period begins on 01.01.2025 Upmind is currently not designed for this, as invoices are normally sent as PDFs by email. This is no longer valid with the e-invoice change. Can you incorporate the changes in Upmind? Otherwise it will be problematic for users from Germany if they issue B2B invoices. B2C is not affected by the change. I have attached 2 PDFs that explain it in more detail. The ‘en’ version has been translated with Deepl, as I only have the original German version. Each hosting server should indeed have its own name server configuration to ensure flexibility, especially since not all hosts provide DNS hosting. Your approach makes sense: if clients buy only domains, the registrar's name servers should be used, and if they buy domain + hosting, the hosting server's name servers should apply automatically. Yes, you can absolutely sell web design, app programming, and managed WordPress hosting services through Upmind, including billing for those services. Regarding your second question, if there is provisioning integrated with Upmind, relevant information—like nameserver details for hosting—will appear in the client area. If there’s no provisioning set up with Upmind, you can still add important information in the account notes or account secrets.

Hi Isma No I don't mean integration I mean for example if i offer webdesign, app programming or even managed wordpress hosting services can i use upmind to sell this services and for billing? besides can i offer the customer their client area where they can find information about the services they bought. like for example : link to the website that i designed for them or link to their wordpress admin dashboard...etc
