  3. Hi guys, it's possible to delete a product, but there are a few steps you need to take first. You'll need to cancel and close the product, as well as any associated invoices. Once the product is in a closed status, you'll be able to delete it from your admin catalog. Additionally, if you want to keep the product in your catalog for reference but hide it from clients, you can do that too. Just disable the ability for anyone to order it. If you encounter any issues or have further questions about this process, please don't hesitate to raise a ticket. Hope that helps!

  10. Hi Ryan, To include the nameservers from Enhance in your welcome emails, you'll need to create a custom email template. The current integration does not automatically populate the nameserver section in the emails. Thanks, Isma
  11. Hi Ryan, Regarding your first question, there are two options: Create a promotion code specifically for the free hosting offer. You can find more details in this guide: https://docs.upmind.com/docs/how-to-create-a-basic-promotion-code Utilize free trials (check out the documentation here: https://docs.upmind.com/docs/free-trials). Within the free trial setup, you can choose between three options, but you can only configure either "continue" OR "migrate". You cannot configure both options simultaneously. Regarding API inquiries, our API functions effectively, although we're still refining our documentation. Rest assured, once updates are available, we'll notify you through our forum community.   12. Hi Athaulla, In your specific case, where a customer has an unpaid renewal invoice for Product X and then purchases a new product, merging both invoices into one is not supported immediately. However, if you have configured the consolidation settings, future invoices for products can be merged into a single invoice. Thanks, Isma
  13. Hi there, Thank you for your suggestion. At Upmind, we prioritize maintaining accurate accounting records and ledgers, which is why we don't currently offer a delete option for invoices. When an invoice is created, it impacts various aspects such as accounts receivable and deferred revenue. While we understand the need for flexibility, implementing a delete option could potentially alter historic accounting information.
