  1. Thank you for this information. After reviewing your new pricing model I see the API isn't included until the growth package. This makes upmind an unfeasible solution for my use case.
  2. Is the API ready currently? Basically, in my member management system, if they buy a certain product, I would like to make an api call to upmind that creates the user and activates a hosting account (provisions) for a certain product at no cost to them. If they discontinue their purchase, an api call would be made that can start invoicing for the product? I'm not sure what the flow would be, i.e. would their account need to be changed to a an upgrade/downgrade or?
  3. Hello, I want to include the nameservers from enhance in my welcome emails. I am using {{ contracts_product.provision_field_values.data_ns1 }} - the emails are blank for the name server section. Is this supported in the enhance integration? Thanks!
  4. For other experiencing this issue, especially as I haven't heard back from UpMind support, I was able to get a password reset email. Possible root cause is changing the default domain away from their URL, fyi. I went to the originally issued admin URL from upmind and requested the PW reset there. I was able to receive the email and, even though it sent me to the new default URL, was able to complete a PW reset. I still have not received any PW reset emails from the new default URL PW reset option. I changed the default URL over 48 hours ago. I have tried PW resets over roughly that same time frame as my admin PW stopped working soon after switching default URLs. I have to test client side PW resets now. It is a serious bug if they do not receive them from my new default URL.
  5. I am currently experiencing this issue with the admin account as well.
  6. I am hoping upmind can help me solve my needs. My use case: A user buys my services. I offer them free hosting for one year. At the end of one year, they need to start receiving billing. If they buy a new service I may renew the free hosting. I was hoping with the API first strategy upwind promotes that I could accomplish this from my current customer management platform via API calls, i.e I would send an API call to upmind to let it know when to change from Free plan to Paid plan. Looking at the documentation it looks like web hooks only are outgoing. Is there a way with this system to accomplish my needs? Thanks!
