Concept of 'Domain Contacts'

This requirement is something that is apparent in a number of places and you may see when beta testing that it is required

- Registering multiple domains and having to fill out registration data per domain. We do pre-fill from the profile, but if your clients register domains on behalf of others themselves, they have to re-enter data each time.
- Transferring domains: usually you want to make this as 'light touch' as possible, so a domain transfer might not require contact info to transfer and it'll try and transfer that info over from whois. But this is complicated by GDPR and some registrars (e.g. OpenSRS) ideally need you to pass new contact info on a transfer.
