Luis
Hi. I have an agency type client. This means they're billed for everything but their clients get access to their own cpanel and so on. I'm currently managing all the services as part the agency's account and if a client decides to go solo, we can move them into a separate account. It would be nice if final clients can have an account and be able to manage their services, dns, panel accounts and so on, but maybe have the invoices view disabled. Or maybe have their separate accounts/logins but bill everything to the agency. Is this something I can archive with upmind? Maybe is a little convoluted.
Seb
We have a concept of delegates which are on a product level So a delegate can view the service in essentially 'read only' mode. At some point we're likely to split up the concept of 'clients' and 'accounts' and basicaly we have the foundations for this already - but not imminently
