WHMCS import /includes/api.php not found

Tried to import, saved the API-data without any error.

When I try to start the import he fails and the WHMCS-url ends with /includes/api.php
But the current version of WHMCS has no api.php file at this location?

Could you just confirm for me what version of WHMCS you're using, and whether WHMCS is installed in a sub-directory?

Version: 8.4.1

The install is on:
subdomain.domain.xyz

(So no subdirectory but with a subdomain)

It's strange, I can't find anything in the WHMS change logs about moving the API endpoint, and the API Getting Started page still mentions /includes/api.php 

It might be best to troubleshoot this further with you in a support ticket.

sorry for the late reply.
We will switch over to UPMIND so or so, no further support regarding this issue is needed.

If you want to investigate this so you may fix things feel free to reach out to me over email.
(I guess this function not working will be a combo-breaker for many users, if it is not working)

We're seeing quite a few successful imports (and have handled a couple tests ourselves today) so I think we need to troubleshoot this more. I'll open a ticket with you so we can debug further
