    this would be a fantastic step, if nothing else to weed out any rows of clients / services / products that you do not want to auto import.  No need to taint the upmind DB with garbage from another software!

  2. thanks Seb - it would be nice to have the search automatically only return clients that are active and not return results that are anything else (ie closed or inactive). Our normal client journey would be Account active > packages cancelled or ceased > clients then become inactive for X days > we then close the client account (or on client request at stage 2) > remove / delete the client after 6 years under data retention. I might just be old fashioned in wanting a closed status for a client though!

    ive opened a ticket for this, but will ask here. I did a test import from whmcs with varying results. However all clients came across, regardless of status - which is fine but then leads me to this question. How do I change a client account to inactive, or close their account?? I don’t want to search for John smith and see everyone for the last ten years for example. 

  4. I have literally just created a ticket about this, before finding this thread. We have several client who we create custom invoices for on a monthly basis, these are normally one off or are line items up to and indlucing the end of the month; 

     - IT support and consultancy (price varies on calls) invoiced monthly depending on calls
     - office 365 service and licensing, invoice monthly but line items/pricing varies
     - one off consultancy items

    I can create products and run quick orders against them (while hiding from shop), and I can override the price which is great. However, I cannot modify the service /  invoice line item OR even add a custom not against the invoice (which would bea workaround). ie - for support and maintenance for September 2023 agains the product configuration Support and Maintenance etc

    Anyone found a workaround or better way?

  5. ability to use DNS and nameservers from the domain registrar would be great. We have clients that have either never had, or have cancelled hosting services - but keep their domain names with us. Scenario include buying domain from us but configuring their DNS for office 365 / gmail, SPF etc and we wouldnt want to have a cpanel account just for dns. Resellerclub would be our number preference.
