Seems like a few months already gone by and there has been no update on this.

We moved from Upmind some months back. As we were small that time, it made us easy to move out our customers.
But we had to do it manually, and took around 2 days to migrate around 127 clients and their services.

DirectAdmin has been implemented by a user, but has not been merged by the Upmind team yet.

@Seband @Harry L if you really need Indian customers, you need to add PayU/Cashfree soon, otherwise we will have to move back to WHMCS.
You can also take a look at CCAvenue or PayTM, any one of these would suffice. CCAvenue is currently accepting new customers.

Razorpay has stopped onboarding new customers long time back, and now require PCI DSS certification even for clients who are with them from the past 3-4 years. I think they are not looking to do business with hosting providers in the future.
@Seband @Harry L if you really need Indian customers, you need to add PayU/Cashfree soon, otherwise we will have to move back to WHMCS.

Razorpay has been asking its Indian merchants to produce a PCI-DSS certificate from where they store and process payments. As we are using Upmind, could you guys tell me is Upmind PCI DSS certified?

@Seb If we have just Jelastic products, and then if the webhook is triggered, will it pass on the values to the Jelastic API?

Hello @Seb,
As Jelastic implementation is still pending with the Upmind team, I would like to use webhooks to call specific API's in Jelastic, where once the client has paid the invoice, the balance is reflected in the Jelastic Control Panel.
Now, I want to know how we can achieve this with regards to webhooks?
One thing I wanted to know is, we are distributing several products and we want only invoices related to a particular category of products to trigger the webhook system and not all of them. -

Hello Team,
A customer wants a solution for the following scenario where, they have signed up with an account, with an email ID that is only used by their IT team "[email protected]". The billing team has a different email ID "[email protected]" and they want the billing related emails to be sent to that ID only as they have to forward billing emails to the billing department whenever a bill/invoice is raised.
Can this be achieved with Upmind?

Hello Team,
I am looking to sell dedicated servers and would like to know how can I show setup fees for monthly payments for the dedicated servers and give free setup for yearly payments.
I have already set up the fees as Product Options, but I am unable to hide it for yearly payments.
Please do suggest a way to do this, as this is very important.
