I want to be able to show my chat plugin in my client area.
it shows on my website - https://dothost.com.ng

But doesnt show on my clientarea - https://clientarea.dothost.com.ng

The current way to add custom javascript to Upmind is using google tag manger, though I'm not exactly sure how to do it.

You can setup your tag in: /admin/settings/analytics

 i was able to navigate my way around.

The chatwoot plugin is now working on my clientarea.

Use Google Tag Manager.
