If your domain is for example website.com, but your site (the one that calls the widget) runs on www.website.com, you need to add the www.website.com in order to authorize it. By the way, why do the team respond slowly? isnt there a live chat feature? I really want to upgrade but I wish to make things prefect to some before I upgrade or get another platform to use. You should add that domain to upmind. It will tell you it's validated but not pointing to Upmind, this will be correct and it won't override your website as you won't change your DNS settings. Why do have to add TLDs one by one when I have done that with my registrar and also set their prices over there? @Luis, I'm doing this wrongly or what? There is no price importing right now. I don't know if there's something in the roadmap. I believe Upmind doesn't have a way to retrieve available domains from tlds with manual provisioning.
