How to use another support platform?

I wish to use GrooveHQ for support.
Is it possible to remove the support features and/or create a link to my GrooveHQ site?

Hi there,

It’s possible to hide the support feature by going to Settings > User Interface > Client Area > Disable Support System. However, adding GrooveHQ isn’t possible at the moment. You might want to explore our guide here: https://docs.upmind.com/docs/adding-js-livechat. This guide uses JS
