The biggest feedback we had was that our users wanted to fully test the system and our previous free tier prohibited that because it had limits on numbers of staff users – the first thing new signups want to do is invite colleagues. We’ve therefore increased the number of staff users on our free tier to 3 and enabled access to almost all features. This means that 95% of Upmind users will never have to pay a penny for our software. We’ve also been working on enterprise grade features for larger businesses using us (such as identity provider authentication, Tableau integration, indefinite log retention) and therefore we have created higher tiers that allow us to offer those features.
