Hello,

I added my IPv4 and IPv6 addresses to the admin whitelist but now I am unable to login. I can not raise a support ticket, either, since that needs to be done inside the upmind instance. Is there a way to fix this myself or do I need a staff member to clear the whitelist?

I emailed support on the 12th but so far no one has responded, how long do support requests usually take? Should I follow up?
