Luis Posted July 26, 2022 Share Posted July 26, 2022 I believe right now, every communication to the client via email is going out using the default FROM field set inĀ admin/settings/notification_channels. Please add the option to set a custom FROM address for each support department, so for example a ticket to sales would generate a notification out of [email protected].
