What if i want the client to provide other details while purchasing an hosting plan, how do I do that?

I came across product attributes/options and I feel it should be able to do this.. Do you know much about it? Can't really find my way much with it?

I am showing the widget on - dothost.com.ng the domain I added to my upmind is - clientarea.dothost.com.ng if I add - dothost.com.ng to upmind, it will over-ride my website from displaying @Luis, do you understand? provided i have set my registrant details from the provision fields,, I don't think user's should be asked to fill that details.. Verpex doesnt have it in theirs. Check the image below
