Looking at the email templates I need to get variables from template category Client {{ client.full_name }} and category Client Phone {{ clients_phone.phone_code }}{{ clients_phone.phone }} Is there a way to get these variables in a single template?

Hi @Seb - Do you have a sample of the API file? I am trying to post api/tickets in postman but getting a 400 Bad request. Would I use my own URL?
