Dale Posted April 18, 2023 Author Share Posted April 18, 2023 Apologies that might be a little unclear - I can't get past two step verification and there is no way to reset to reactivate the pairing of my authenticator app with the Upmind Admin login. If there are no further administrators or no one can get in, then you will need to raise a ticket with Upmind support who can take you through advanced authentication.
