Domain names : Provision Manually

I'm waiting for oxxa.com to be added to the domain registrars (fingers crossed), so in the mean while I want to manually add the domain names for new orders.
For domain names I checked "provision manually", and defined the price configuration.

Now, when I go to my website as I would be a new client, and choose a domain name to go with my order, the configured price is not showing, thus not calculated with the order.
They shouldn't be free 😀
Am I doing something wrong?

As a sidenote: When I choose manual provisioning, the standard domain lookup tool is not functioning.

If you manually provision the domain, it will not appear in the DAC widget, as the widget is only for automatically provisioned domains.
