Transfer domain to another registar?

How does a customer transfer his domain to another registar?

Hi Alex,

To transfer a domain to another registrar, your customer needs to:
1. Ensure to unlock the domain in the client area.
2. Obtain the EPP code (transfer authorization code).

They can then provide this information to the new registrar to complete the transfer.

In Upmind, there’s unfortunately no feature to transfer domains directly. Your customer will need to unlock the domain, get the EPP code, and follow the transfer process with their new registrar.

If the admin wants to transfer the domain to another registrar already set up, go to purchase domain, click 'Manage', and find the 'Provision Configuration' section. From there, you can change the registrar and start the transfer process.
