FizzPop Media
According to your changelog, there have been no changes to the software since 23 July. Is that right? If so, is this product still in active development?

We will update the changelogs as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience Regards, Isma
wav3front
Same concern here. I've also read on other forums that the development of Upmind is slow.

ParagonHost
@FizzPop Media We, too, pay attention to activity when we are working with Beta Apps. We like to ride the wave of development but are concerned when there are stalls due to Dev Community and/or funding issues. It was nice to see an update a few days ago. Gjangu
Just seems like filler updates really. Even at that, the filler updates are taking weeks if not months to push out. It appears that actual updates introducing features such as soft delete, SMS notification channels, more UI controls etc are just falling to the waste side.
Gjangu
I’ve had to go back to WHMCS now, Upmind is too closed source, and if you want to make a little change, you can’t and have to wait weeks for if the change is posted in the update log. Shame Upmind doesn’t have a public version that is self hosted, if that was the case I’d reconsider Upmind. I had to wait months for a very small feature, made it myself in 20 minutes in WHMCS.
Isma
Hi there, First off, we want to sincerely apologize for the slow updates. Rest assured, we’re always working to improve. Our current focus has been on enhancing the UI for a better user experience. In the short term, our provisioning team is prioritizing the release of Provisioning v2. This will give Upmind customers full control over changes to the provider code and allow them to run their own provisioning systems, as well as build proprietary integrations. After that, we’ll be turning our attention to updating more open-source payment options. We truly value your feedback and hope you’ll give us another try in the future. We’re always active not only in our changelog feature base but also send out monthly newsletter updates to keep you informed. Thank you again for your patience and understanding! Regards, Isma
Venimo
I'm also thinking to go back to WHMCS, the reason mainly is the lack of features I need, such as Mollie (Payment method) and WISP (for game hosting purposes) For both of the features i already wait 5 months... cladhost
Yea, I am going to be moving back to WHMC if things don't improve, updates are too slow, and don't seam to add any value to our business. I have been waiting almost since launch for basic functionality, which I could've made myself with another hosting panel in mere minutes.
