Walid Elhakim
Hello Upmind Team, We are a web hosting company based in Egypt with a large user base. We have been very impressed with the Upmind system and have already tested it. However, our current challenge is that Upmind does not support the Arabic language. All of our users prefer Arabic because our clients are Arabs from the Middle East. Currently, we are using WHMCS because it supports the Arabic language, but we do not find it suitable for our business, and the UI/UX is very poor. We believe that Upmind is a fantastic system that only lacks Arabic translation. I have reviewed some requests from visitors asking for Arabic language support, but some of your admins have indicated that the system does not currently support RTL. We believe that we can help you with professional Arabic translation since it is our native language. If RTL support is a current issue and will take time, it is not critical for now. You can support Arabic translation without RTL, as it will not significantly affect the user experience. It's just RTL. We believe we can assist with the translation. I have a team of 20 employees who can help with this matter completely free of charge because we believe that Upmind should attract Arabic-speaking users. Thank you.
Isma
Hi Walid, Thank you for your feedback and generous offer. We appreciate your willingness to assist with Arabic translation. At the moment, we don’t support RTL text, and our understanding of Arabic is limited to LTR contexts. However, if you're comfortable translating from LTR, we would be happy to invite you to our Localazy platform. Please message me your email address so I can send you an invitation. Thanks, Isma
