  1. According to your changelog, there have been no changes to the software since 23 July. Is that right? If so, is this product still in active development?
  2. I am currently testing upmind. While I don't need the hosting provisioning features (currently hosting via Gridpane), I do need a way to list the domain name for each web hosting subscription. I need this both for my own internal record keeping and for several clients that host multiple websites with me. What's the best way to implement this so that the client can see the domain name on each invoice and I can access it via the API or other reporting?
  3. So, as of right now, is there no way to track time associated with a support ticket? Also, what is the current recommended method for sending out non-recurring invoices for work such as site updates where I need to bill the customer by the hour and partial-hour? For example, if I need to bill a customer for 1.25 hours at a specific rate, how would I do that?
  4. My understanding was that Upmind has a way to track billable hours (ideally associated with support tickets) that I can then convert to invoices but I am not seeing anything like this. Did I misunderstand the capabilities?
