Hi Darren, Thank you for replying. So currently we have a direct link to submit a pre sales help ticket within the system. The user does not have to create an account to do this, and its a nicely constructed online form submission. I could create an online form, and use the solution you mention above, however I was trying out Upmind and wanted to see if that was already worked in. Many times we have clients who want to ask a pre sales question without going through the account creation process. Thanks again, Cheers.
