Urgent: Adding Paymob gateway.

Hi,

May you add this payment gateway as debit cards became disabled for online payments outside Egypt, and only credit cards currently are allowed which not every customer has it.

Paymob supports Visa, Mastercard, and Meeza payments which support Mobile wallets and different payments that are widely used here in Egypt.

In December, we will be working on open source payment gateway integration. This will allow anyone to build any payment gateway and for us to add new payment gateway quickly.
